You agree that if your child has been to dance at Otsego School of Dance and Performing Arts and has tested positive for COVID-19 or has been exposed to someone who has COVID-19, you will notify our office immediately so we can in turn notify other dance families who have been in class with your child. 

You accept that someone may have an upper respiratory condition and not show symptoms. You agree that if you, your child or someone else in your household contracts COVID-19 that you will not hold Otsego School of Dance and Performing Arts or its employees accountable. 

Otsego School of Dance and Performing Arts will be taking precautions in keeping a clean and safe environment for our students. Certain cleaning protocols will also be practiced in between classes. Teachers will be sanitizing their hands regularly should there be any contact with a student, such as when spotting for acrobatics. 

By registering your child at Otsego School of Dance and Performing Arts you agree to all of the above COVID-19 policies and you release Otsego School of Dance and Performing Arts and its employees of any COVID-19 related liability.
